Leonardo Scanu, Relais Villa Clodia

The history of Villa Clodia is ancient and is closely linked to the history of the area where it stands, the ancient medieval village of Santa Pupa.

The rebirth of Villa Clodia takes place thanks to the Scanu family, who, in the second half of the 90s, decides to restore its Liberty nature to the structure, bringing to light the ceilings decorated with the characteristic organic shapes, and recovering the external spaces with the construction of an enchanting swimming pool with terraces overlooking the large valley below.

An extraordinary breathtaking panorama that is lost between the sky and the view of Lake Bracciano with its Castle and the ancient Roman Aqueduct of Trajan from 109 BC.
