FROM PIER 25 we take you directly to the center of Civitavecchia, to the well-known Museum, to admire the Etruscan archaeological works, with the beautiful jewel case, it is a small cultural center that contains finds of great value, boasts a beautiful exhibition, for a curious audience.

You will be accompanied by our tourist guide – Etruscanologist.

After the visit to the Archaeological Museum of Civitavecchia, with our GT bus, we will leave for Tuscania, the pearl of Tuscia in the Viterbo area, where we will have lunch in a gourmet restaurant, to taste the typical specialties of the place. The menu is taken care of by us, for any particular request you can contact us directly.

After lunch, always in the company of our Etruscologist, we will visit the historic center of Tuscania and then we will head to the National Archaeological Museum which is located within the evocative setting of the convent of Santa Maria del Riposo and is adjacent to the church of the same name. The museum is of Renaissance origin and has a truly valuable cloister. Tuscania was in a strategic position with respect to the other Etruscan dodecapoli, this allowed it to be in contact with the main Etruscan cities, to acquire wealth and power, so much so that in the sarcophagi found and displayed, it is possible to marvel at the funerary contexts to which they belonged and in particular, to admire rich funeral goods of aristocratic families and unique in the world, such as the tomb at home, which imitates what the Etruscan house was like, one of the most prestigious to admire is that of the tomb at home with porch.

After the visit to the museum we return to Civitavecchia, Pier 25.

The tour is recommended for a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 24 people, and is an all-inclusive tour.
